Feedback provided to the tutee: As usual, we read through a book and then discussed it, taking time to carefully go over words she didn't know or had problems pronouncing. I'm really pleased that she's starting to monitor herself when it comes to l and r! (and also pronouncing the s at the end of sentences). We read Mr. Putter and Tabby Stir the Soup and also discussed different types of soups and cooking.
Lesson(s) about tutoring and/or the tutee you learned: Nothing groundbreaking, but I enjoyed our warm-up activity in which we each drew a hypothetical idea for what Mr. Putter and Tabby should do next and then explained it. Je-Ah is actually a really good artist for her age!
