Rylee TS #9/10

In our tutoring session, I prepared sentences that used incorrect prepositions, and the focus was on having her identify and explain why they were wrong. For example, sentences like "She is in the bus" or "I will meet you at Friday" were presented, and she worked through figuring out the correct prepositions—"on the bus" and "I will meet you on Friday." This activity helped her sharpen her understanding of preposition rules while improving her critical thinking skills in grammar. In addition to the prepositions, we introduced some new vocabulary words that she was excited to learn. She was excited to use the new words in her own sentences, and this gave her an opportunity to practice both her new vocabulary and her grammar skills in context. Overall, the session was engaging, as she enjoyed the challenge of correcting the sentences and expanding her vocabulary at the same time.
